The mini Punjab group known for doing top notch décor in all its outlets didn’t leave any stone unturned in styling the place up. The place has been styled to give a complete modern well-lit dining experience. Its very spacious with ample of dining space with large glass windows overlooking the pool which looks amazing during rains. It also is a great place to get some good clicks. For people who want to host private dinner parties for family there is a special section for that too.
The menu at masaledaar brings to us the signature dishes of Mini Punjab all specially planned and curated to give you some of its best options under one roof. Whilst There are never ending options in the menu we at mytastetest thought to showcase some of the best and must have dishes there so here we go
This is something you absolutely must have here as its one of their most value for money speciality drinks available here. The Punjabi lassi at Rs 145 brings to you the Khali of lassi’s with a huge portion of its rich lassi in a copper glass good enough to floor two people up. This lassi is the godfather of lassi’s in Mumbai and is an absolute must try when you visit this place.
The Non Veg Or Veg Platter
Mini Punjab is known for its tandoori food not only in Mumbai but all over india which is why it is one of the top most sought after catering services in india. The platters here is something you absolutely can’t afford to miss if your visiting this place. These platters are huge and makes you get a flavour of all of its best starters in one platter which is also very value for money. If your two then this would be the only thing you would end up having if you don’t have an appetite like Baahubali
Chicken Akbari Kabab
A very unique kabab that is also one of the most ordered dish here by all non-vegetarians. The chicken akbari kabab consists of Chicken Thighs Stuffed with a spicy mix of Minced Lamb and prawns. Foodgasm at first sight these juicy chicken things went fantastically combined with a moderately spiced mix of minced lamb and prawn. You don’t need any dip with this dish whatsoever and need to relish it in its original flavours
Masaledaar Special (Veg)
The Masaledaar special is a dish that consisted of mixed veggies cooked in two types of gravies topped over each other to form two layers of different flavours. The dish is a rich dish with loads of veggies and dry fruits and went well with naans, rotis or parathas.
Butter Chicken Delhi Style
We have had a lot of butter chickens in various places but The Butter chicken delhi style was definitely different as compared to the usual ones we have had. One of the differentiating factor here was that the dish was moderately spiced and not too overtly sweet. This rich, creamy and moderately spiced gravy mixed with succulent boneless pieces of chicken went absolutely well with Rice and Naan both.
We added their dum chicken biryani in this list due to the way the meat and spices were perfectly blended and cooked together giving you a perfect blend of rice, meat & spices. The moment a biryani enters your dining space a nice little aroma encompasses you and makes you go weak in the knees.
Motichoor Golgappa Served With Basundi Shots
A very unique type of golgappa indeed but full of sweet decadent flavours owing to the fresh basundi served here. I think my pic would describe this dish best. It was one of my best clicks here J
These are the top dishes we absolutely liked having here. In case you liked something which we didn’t add then do let us know in the comments section. A meal for two would set you by Re 1500 and is a very value for money place for a hearty north indian meal.
